Hi Bill

Sweet potatoes are great if combined with carrots and butternut squash and mashed, this mix makes a great and healthier alternative for a shepherds or cottage pie.

If you have tried the usual sweet potatoes chips, roasties and bakes then I can recommend this to add a twist to an old favourite.
